Where an activity requires regulatory authorisation, execution must take place within the applicable legal framework and, where required, through appropriately authorised partners.

Insert the contracting entity name, registered office, company registration number, governing law, subscription billing cycle, renewal and cancellation policy, VAT/tax treatment, refund policy, acceptable-use rules and dispute-resolution mechanism.

Privacy — items to complete before launch

Insert the data controller, contact details, legal bases for processing, categories of personal and financial data collected, processors, hosting region, retention periods, international-transfer safeguards, data-subject rights and cookie policy.

Payment processing

Checkout should be handled by a payment provider such as Stripe using hosted payment pages or another compliant payment setup. Do not store raw card data in this website code.
